The Residence

ENTRANCE
The residence is equipped with a home
automation system that allows our guests
to check-in at any time in full autonomy,
via numeric codes privately mailed
prior to their arrival. In the entrance room
there is a welcome station and 7 boxes,
where guests will find their badges
and directions to their room.
Badges and codes will allow entrance
and exit to and from the residence
even when the staff is not present.

LIVING ROOM
The living room on the ground floor
directly looks into the garden.
Here our guests will find the reception desk
open for check in/out. This room can be used
for reading next to the large fireplace
or on the sofa, writing on the central table
or relaxing while making use of the honesty bar
found in the counter dividing the living room
from the open kitchen. This counter will also be
where the breakfast buffet is laid out
in the morning. Breakfast will be served
in the living room as well as outside.

GARDEN
In a stone-paved courtyard
facing the living room
breakfast will be served
under a canopy, heated in winter.
Going up a few steps will give you access
to the small, shaded and flowered garden
where our guests can rest and restore
themselves with a good book.
For some time now, this green corner
has been the place of a choice
of a friendly and stubborn magpie.
